The 2024-25 College Football Play-off introduces an exciting first-round game where the No 10 Indiana Hoosiers challenge the No 7 Notre Dame Fighting Irish in what is being called the “Battle for Indiana”. This match-up, set in South Bend, marks Indiana’s inaugural appearance in the new 12-team play-off format. The victor will advance to face the formidable No 2 seed Georgia in the Sugar Bowl on New Year’s Day.
