Collision at junction of Tee Street with Middle Road

Witness appeal: road traffic was diverted for nearly two hours yesterday after a two-car collision at the junction of Middle Road and Tee Street, Devonshire, at around 11am, December 23, 2024. Police have reported that two cars collided this morning in Devonshire, with the occupants of both vehicles taken by ambulance to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for medical assessment.

Police advised at 12.50pm that traffic diversions were no longer in effect in the area of the junction of Middle Road with Tee Street.

A spokesman said the incident took place at about 11am. Drivers were advised to expect delays or take alternate routes.

A pedestrian was initially thought to have been involved. Police later said the incident involved the two cars only.
