Latifah Smith is now the senior account manager at mobile phone company Paradise Mobile.

The Reid Street firm said Ms Smith’s promotion is part of Paradise’s ongoing commitment to fostering Bermudian talent.

Ms Smith will serve as the primary point of contact for all retail and corporate customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their mobile needs.

She said being part of Paradise Mobile had been an incredible journey.

Paradise Mobile said they have a young, all-Bermudian customer service team, which has grown by 30 per cent in the last year.
