When is West End Development Corporation going to repair some of the railings where the ferries arrive and depart in Dockyard? They have been in this state for more than years now! I presume the corporation is waiting for some child to fall into the water, then it will repair them.

Also, when is Wedco going to repaint some of the benches in the same area that have not been painted for four years or more?

It also needs to return the two benches that were under the big umbrella shelter where people — especially seniors — wait for the ferries. They were removed before last summer.

I catch the ferries a lot during the summer months, so I meet a lot of tourists and have fielded many of their complaints about these three issues.

In my opinion, it is very poor maintenance management and something needs to be done about it as soon as possible. Hopefully before the cruise ship season starts again in March.
