Ron-Michel Davis has been appointed immigration manager at the law firm Conyers after the retirement of Belinda Wright, who had been in the role for 16 years.

Mr Davis has been with Conyers since 2022, after nearly two decades of public sector experience.

Christian Luthi, chairman and director at Conyers, said Mr Davis was the natural successor.

“His experience and proven ability will enhance our immigration offering and contribute to the continued growth of our business,” Mr Luthi commented.

Prior to joining Conyers, Mr Davis held various senior positions in the Department of Immigration, where he rose through the ranks from senior immigration inspector to compliance manager.

He also occasionally acted Assistant Chief Immigration Officer and Chief Immigration Officer, overseeing both the operational and strategic functions of the department.

Conyers Immigration Services provides immigration advice and assistance to individuals and businesses, ranging from newly established companies to those already operating in Bermuda.

The firm’s comprehensive services covers a wide array of immigration applications, including work permits, permanent resident’s certificates and Bermuda status.
