Trust and estate practitioner Sorcha McGillycuddy has joined MJM Ltd’s private client team as an associate.

The Bermuda legal services firm said Ms McGillycuddy is a British-qualified associate with experience in advising on trusts, wills and tax planning, powers of attorney, foreign assets and many other areas.

Prior to joining MJM, she worked as a private client associate at Collas Crill in Jersey, the Channel Islands, and earned a diploma in trusts and estates and an advance certificate in principles of international taxation, AML and compliance from the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners.

Ms McGillycuddy was thrilled to join MJM’s private client department.
