Woman denies unlawfully circulating intimate pictures
A woman from Paget appeared in the Supreme Court yesterday to deny allegations that she sent out intimate pictures of a man without his consent.
The 44-year-old, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, pleaded not guilty to a charge that she unlawfully distributed images of a man without his consent and sent e-mails to him that were “indecent, obscene and of menacing character”.
The woman also denied an allegation that she trespassed on a Front Street property, disobeying a written notice forbidding her from entering it.
All the charges relate to incidents that took place on February 17 last year.
Puisne Judge Alan Richards remanded the woman in custody until later this month when the matter is expected to return to court for trial.
