Bermuda Realty Company Ltd has recognised the dedication and commitment of 11 employees who have combined service with the company of 210 years.

Receiving long-service awards are: Heather Chilvers and Karen Brine, 35 years; Jack Kripl, 25 years; Adam Birch, Scott Powell, Rob Newton and Lynne Burns, 20 years; Karen Hayes, Lamar Richardson and Michael deFontes, ten years; and Rachael Correia, five years.

BRCL said these employees had contributed across various departments, including sales and rentals, appraisals, accounts, vacation rentals and land surveying.

“We are incredibly proud to celebrate the dedication and loyalty of these outstanding team members,” said Brian Madeiros of BRCL.

“Their hard work and commitment to excellence have played a significant role in our success and we are honoured to recognise their contributions.”

BRCL offers a full range of property services, including property management, appraisals, land surveying, real estate rentals, and sales.

The rentals and sales divisions operate under the Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty brand.
