A hyperbaric chamber that is used for treatment after diving accidents and some wound care patients will be closed until March 3.
The Bermuda Hospitals Board announced that the facility at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital will be closed over unexpected staffing issues.
A spokeswoman said: “Anyone who is planning to dive over the next ten days or so should be aware that hyperbaric treatment will not be available.”
The BHB plans to resume operation of the chamber after the March 3 timeline.
