A man who stole alcohol from a St David’s business has been referred to Drug Treatment Court.

Desai Jones, 51, admitted trespassing at Sunjammers bar and grill and stealing $705 worth of alcohol when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

Jones, from St George’s, committed the offence on September 7.

Magistrate Craig Attridge ordered that reports be written for Jones, who is enrolled in treatment.

Mr Attridge also ordered him to attend Drug Treatment Court beginning on Tuesday, and extended his bail until that time.
