Coldwell Banker agents recognised as top-producing professionals
Out of 100,000 Coldwell Banker agents in 40 countries, Bermuda’s own Brian Madeiros has placed in the top 2 per cent of all sales associates and representatives.
Mr Madeiros became president and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty a decade ago.
He told The Royal Gazette: “In the last 30 years I have had the opportunity to develop expertise in valuation work, commercial and condominium property management, development consulting and as a real estate agent focusing on the commercial and luxury segments of the market.”
He said: “Every day presents brand new challenges and opportunities resulting in a very dynamic work week.”
He was one of several agents at the firm to be named among the best in the world.
Angela Hanwell, Fiona Hatfield, and Rochelle Swan were in Coldwell’s International President’s Circle, honouring the top 4 per cent of all sales associates and representatives internationally qualified.
Adam Birch, Heather Chilvers, Ed Williams, Tab Froud and Graham Smith were given the International Diamond Society award reserved for the top 8 per cent.
Angie Lodge qualified for the International Sterling Society, celebrating the top 12 per cent.
Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty said this recognition was a testament to the hard work, dedication, and expertise of their agents.
The company said: “They continue to set benchmarks in the competitive world of real estate.
“Earning a place among these elite groups underscores our commitment to excellence and our focus on delivering outstanding service to our clients across local and international markets.”
Larry Burke, CEO of Coldwell Banker Island Affiliates said: “We are extremely proud of our agents who have not only achieved personal success but have also elevated the standards of excellence within the industry.”
He said the awards reflected their ongoing commitment to providing their clients with the highest level of expertise and dedication.
