Two juveniles were arrested for possession of bladed articles after a disturbance at the Transport Control Department in Pembroke this afternoon.

According to police, the incident happened at about 3.50pm at the North Street compound.

When police arrived they were told that bystanders had intervened and de-escalated the situation.

After making further inquiries, officers arrested the suspects for possession of bladed articles and affray.
