Case dropped against man accused of stalking MP

The case against a man who was charged with stalking a government minister was dismissed after the Crown offered no evidence.
Richard Foggo, 65, from Hamilton Parish, had denied stalking Wayne Furbert between October 1, 2023 and October 21, 2024.
Mr Furbert, the Junior Minister of Finance, was the Minister of Transport at the time.
In court yesterday, prosecutor T’deana Spencer offered no evidence to the charge.
Magistrate Maxanne Anderson dismissed the case.
