Axcelus Financial has appointed Robin Peters to the boards of Axcelus Financial Life Ltd, Axcelus Financial Global Insurance Ltd and Axcelus Financial Life Insurance Company (Bermuda) Ltd.

The Bermudian-based companies are Class C insurers specialising in private placement life insurance, individual variable annuities and institutional group annuities. They serve clients through an international network of investment advisers and distributors.

Ms Peters is head of wealth management at Schroders (Bermuda) Ltd, a unit of Schroders Wealth Management and Cazenove Capital in the UK.

Her prior experience includes serving as Vice President of wealth management at Clarien Bank Ltd and as an officer within the investment division of The Bank of Bermuda Ltd, now HSBC Bank Bermuda.

“Robin Peters is an experienced professional in the asset and wealth management industry and an expert in providing financial and investment solutions for family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals,” said Tom Considine, the chairman of the board at Axcelus. “She will be an invaluable member of our board of directors given her deep industry insight and experience in the highly regulated international financial services industry.”
