Michelle Sivanayson

As leader of the Islands region captive practice, Michelle is responsible for the overall client service, operational strategy, and management of the Bermuda, Cayman Islands, and Barbados offices within the Captive Solutions practice. She establishes growth and retention strategies, ensures success of the client experience, trains and mentors, and oversees performance management for colleagues for the region as a whole. In addition, Michelle serves on the Marsh Captive Solutions global executive team. Michelle has worked for Marsh since 2004.  Michelle is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK

Tanja Korff

Tanja Korff is a Senior Vice President with Marsh’s Captive Solutions Group.  She recently returned to Bermuda to take the role as the Client Services Leader for the Bermuda office.  As Client Services Leader she has overall responsibility for the development and operation of the Bermuda Client Services group and overall performance of each client team within the group.  Prior to returning to Bermuda she was a part of the senior management team of Marsh’s US Captive Management Practice.  Tanja has been part of Marsh’s Captive Solutions group since 2006 and is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
