Vantage Group Holdings Ltd, the Bermudian-based specialty insurer and reinsurer, has appointed Natalie Yuen as vice-president and west region distribution leader.

In her new role, Ms Yuen will be responsible for executing the company’s US distribution strategy across the West, with a focus on expanding broker relationships and supporting business growth. She will report to Leanne Berry, Vantage’s chief distribution officer.

“Natalie brings extensive experience and a strong record of success in insurance distribution,” Ms Berry said.

“Her ability to build and maintain robust broker relationships will be instrumental as we continue to expand our presence in the West.”

Vantage was launched in 2020 and maintains operations in both Bermuda and the US. Its Bermuda entities include Vantage Risk Ltd, which is rated A- (Excellent) by AM Best.

Before joining Vantage, Ms Yuen served as vice-president of retail business development west at Arch Insurance. She has also held roles at Embroker, Lockton, Marsh and Aon.

“I look forward to leveraging my experience to build strong partnerships and help establish Vantage as a leading speciality insurance carrier in the region,” Ms Yuen said.
