This building has looked this way for more than a decade, according to Kim J. Smith
Dear Sir,
Can anyone shed light on how this building at the Foot of the Lane (East Broadway) is allowed to remain in this deplorable condition, especially since it is at the front door to our city?
It has been like this for more than a decade ... and probably a lot longer. See the photos attached, one of which zooms in to show the state of the masonry around one of the doors.
I mean, what does it say to you?
