Residents and businesses have been given an extra week to provide feedback on a questionnaire that will help to inform plans for the city.

The deadline for the City Survey is now May 1 — with every participant getting a chance to win free parking in Hamilton for a year, valued at $3,500.

A Hamilton spokeswoman said: “By taking part, participants are not only making their voices heard, they are helping to drive the change they want to see and shape the future of the city.

“Extending the survey deadline ensures that as many residents, businesses and property owners as possible have the chance to share their perspectives.”

The city has developed two surveys — one for city residents and property owners and one for city-based businesses.

The spokeswoman said the results would play a critical role in shaping Hamilton’s future, identifying areas for improvement and informing strategic decision-making.

The survey includes questions on satisfaction with events, public art, engagement efforts, infrastructure, cleanliness and safety.

The surveys are available on the City of Hamilton’s website www.cityofhamilton.bm
