Graham Bean remembered

Our pictures show part of the large crowd packing St. John’s Anglican Church, a week ago for the memorial service celebrating the life and legacy of veteran musician and entertain Graham ‘Central’ Bean. The guitarist and song writer was in his 81st year when he died in Florida in February, where he and wife Moira had made their home for many years.Graham was the moving spirit behind the formation with his brother Kenneth their attractive wives Moira and Kathie, the torrid husband and wife team, who dominated the local entertainment circuit as The Four Bees during the 1960. Moira is seen above left, at the service; and again seated in the family group picture at the reception following the service, at Pembroke Community Club.Others above , standing (left to right) are Graham’s nephew Kevin Bean; sister Juliet Franklin, home from Florida; Graham’s niece Nicki Hassell; daughter Mitzi Hall; great niece Keirra Foggo; daughter Robin Trott, who resides in Albany, New York; sister Sheila Littlefield, from California and nephew Monear Furbert from Baltimore.
