A Pembroke man who hit a nightclub owner in the face with a crash helmet will be sentenced next week.

Colford Lloyd Ferguson, 22, of Cedar Avenue admitted causing grievous bodily harm to Champions nightclub owner Delvin Bean, who needed three hours of facial surgery following February's assault. He will be sentenced on Monday.

In a busy day at the Arraignments session in Supreme Court, Ishmael Greg Makaya Lightbourne, 23, of Middle Road, Devonshire, pleaded guilty to stealing alcohol from a supermarket last October and stealing electronic items and money from a house in January this year. He will be sentenced on Tuesday.

Cindy Oneia Augustus, 26, of Somerset Road, Sandys, admitted possession of cocaine with intent to supply after being stopped at Vernon Temple Child Care Centre on June 5. She will be sentenced on Monday.

Willston Ezekiel Davis, a 42-year-old Jamaican, also of Somerset Road, pleaded not guilty to supply of a controlled drug in June and will appear again at the arraignments session in November.

As will Kyle Tannock-Williams, 21, of Whaling Hill, Southampton, who pleaded not guilty to charges of assault with intent to rob, unlawful assault and possession of cocaine on February 11.

Jamaican Barris Dawkins (aka Rudolph Everton Pusey), 46, will be sentenced on September 9 for his part in importing more than $1.8 million of heroin. Co-defendant Andrew Nathaniel Hall, 38, from Montego Bay, maintains his innocence and will stand trial on January 19, 2004.

Amenemhat Waset Aen-Ra Tamerry, 47 and Maatkai Hatsheput Tamerry, 35, formerly Dr. Clark Godwin and Regina Woods, accused of killing their daughter A-Mya between May 1, 2000 and March 1, 2001, will appear at October's arraignments session.

Keeman Fitzgerald Grant, 31, of Tween Walls, will be sentenced on September 12 for two cases of attempted robbery.

Taxi driver Lloyd Hilton Smith, 53, of no fixed abode, will stand trial on January 12, 2004, for unlawfully attempting to cause grievous bodily harm to Nicole Janee Lambert, depriving her of her freedom and to being in possession of an offensive weapon on March 1 of this year.

Jason Barnett of Southampton, England will re-appear in Supreme Court on September 30 for a Newton Hearing on two separate counts - importing heroin and importation with intent to supply.

Antonio Dudley Myers was bailed until his trial on January 5, 2004, where he stands accused of being in possession of controlled drugs.

Gregory Millington Johnson charged with wounding with intent and possession of an offensive weapon, faces trial on January 19, 2004.

Two alleged drug farmers Max Robert Moniz, 28, and Robert Norman Moniz, 45, face trial on January 26, 2004 for cultivating cannabis. Max Moniz has pleaded not guilty to two counts of being in possession of a controlled drug, which was intended for supply, and being in possession of a scale, while Robert Moniz has denied being in possession of cannabis and for being in possession of a scale and pay-type envelopes.

Dean Leslie Eve, 32, of Cedar Park Road, Devonshire, pleaded guilty to an attempted robbery in April on an American woman and will return for mention at November's arraignments session.

He is alleged to have used violence to steal from Los Angeles lawyer Julie Suzanne Gabler at Albuoys Point in Hamilton, during her holiday on the Island.

Murder accused George (Messy) McDonald Liburd, 30, of Pembroke, has been given a provisional trial date of February 16 next year. He denies killing mother-of-three Chena Danette Trott, 32, at the Esso TigerMarket on Crawl Hill in Hamilton Parish, on August 9, 2002.

Alleged Police impersonator Richard Michael Shaun Dill, 34, of Long Bay Lane, Sandys, who has pleaded not guilty to robbing someone and for pretending to be a member of the Police service on March 29, will appear for mention at next month's arraignments session.

Dudley Allen Lightbourne, 43, of Cedar Hill, Warwick, faces trial on February 3 next year for importing cocaine and being in possession of the controlled drug with the intent to supply on April 9 of this year.

Guatemalan visitor, Silvia Yahira Mejia Esquival, 27, needed an interpreter to be told by the court that she will stand trial in December for importing cocaine and to being in possession of cannabis with intent to supply.

Jamaican national Lincoln George Brown, 35, of Rock Valley, Warwick, has been given a provisional trial date of October, 13. He is accused of the importation of cocaine with the intention to supply.

Denton Jermaine Parris, 32, of no fixed abode, will go to trial on October 13 for a March robbery.

Toriano Elmario Dunkley, 32, of Sugar Apple Lane, Pembroke, will be mentioned again at next month's arraignments session.

Two British nationals, hailing from Northumberland, picked up at the Bermuda International Airport for allegedly importing illegal substances. will return to court next month.

Dana Marie Francis, 26, and Errol Keith Fenty, 48, have both pleaded not guilty to importing cocaine and being in possession of the drug that was intended for supply.
