Donation to special needs children

Friends of Hope Academy primarily raises funds to aid children with special needs, and in particular, supports those who attend school at Dame Majorie Bean Hope Academy (“DMBHA”). Teachers Rugby Football Club’s (“TRFC”) main goal in this year’s Bermuda Day Half Marathon was to raise $6,000 to help Friends of Hope Academy purchase a Rifton Activity Chair and a cot for their classroom. The equipment will enable the school to better cater to students with physical challenges who may need alternative seating in the classroom.
