Who owns EBS?

The EBS share register shows that the top number of shares in the company were held by Granger Whitelaw, EBS's founder and CEO and fellow American Lee Olsen, who each held 918,227 shares.

Next highest owner at 588,277 shares is named as Littlerock Trust, care of Bermudian Grenville Lines.

Mr. Lines himself also holds 330,000 shares.

Sterling Commerce International Inc, based in Texas has 234,221 and New York-based Shearman & Sterling -- which is one of the world's largest law firms with more than 825 attorneys -- has 72,457.

Michael Morgan, whose address is listed as Richmond House, Hamilton, Bermuda has 33,333 shares, is joined by Sjur Linberg of architects Barker & Linberg with 28,983 shares.

Other prominent names include: Peter Bubenzer (7,970) of Appleby Spurling and Kempe, Anthony Nagel (20,000) a former officer with Bermuda Commercial Bank and Doug Selly (5,797) a former officer of the Bermuda Monetary Authority who currently works at the Bank of Bermuda.

Other Bermudian interest are Gummersback Ltd, at Cedar House in Hamilton, with 4,347 shares, Wayne Lima of Rego Realtors (Bermuda) with 2,898 and Hill Ltd also at Cedar House in Hamilton with 725 shares.

Norris Ebbin (19,700), Craig Stout (18,000), Ross Munro (18,000), Karl Stewart (18,000), John Gallo (18,000), Jeanne Worrell (9,200), Robert Digiacomo (9,200) are all listed with the address of EBS Ltd, Hamilton Bermuda.

Others listed are Louis Fusz, from St. Louis Missouri who has 14,492 shares and Andy Zinsmeyer of Clayton Missouri, who has 8,695 shares.
