Bean brandished BB gun in UK
A Bermudian man has avoided jail time after brandishing a BB gun while he walked down a busy road in Hull, England, two summers ago.
Tyevon Bean, 29, admitted affray in Hull Crown Court last week, The Hull Daily Mail reported.
The court heard that Bean had walked down Beverley Road and waved the imitation weapon while he wore a hockey mask in June 2017. He was sentenced to do 180 hours of unpaid work as part of a 12-month community order.
Bean told the court that he had moved to Britain to turn his life around.
He said that he hoped to open a Bermudian restaurant and bring his six-year-old son from Bermuda to live with him.
