The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was unchanged at 2,051.41, while the BSX Insurance Index was up 1.96 points, or 0.13 per cent, at 1,534.01.

On the New York Stock Exchange, shares of Butterfield Bank were up 89 cents, or 2.96 per cent, at $33.98.
