Missing man Shiloh Payne returns

Missing man Shiloh Payne has returned to the Mid-Atlantic Wellness Institute, Police advised.
Mr Payne, 31, went missing from MWI on Tuesday, but this morning turned himself in.
Police thanked the public for their assistance.
