Argus shares gain 4.3% on BSX

Shares of Argus Group Holdings gained 4.3 per cent in Bermuda Stock Exchange trading.
The insurer rose 15 cents to close on $3.65 as 5,000 shares changed hands. The jump came after the company announced on Monday net income of $10 million for the first six months of its fiscal year.
Argus was the only stock to trade on the BSX.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index gained 3 points, or 0.14 per cent, to close on 2,167.29.
On the New York Stock Exchange, Butterfield bank’s US-listed shares fell six cents, or 0.17 per cent, to close on $34.29.
The BSX Insurance Index added 5.57 points, or 0.37 per cent, to end the day on 1,512.05.
