Impressive results for Bermuda riders

Bermuda’s dressage riders’ impressive performances have been highlighted after the Federation Equestre Internationale released their Regional and World Classification results based on the World Dressage Challenge last year.

Under the regional classification based upon individual results, Robin Stempel riding Rossano Royal 2 was first in the Regional Senior II Class with a score of 66.97 per cent and Kayla Bardgett riding Causing Chaos came won the Youth Class with a score of 67.308 per cent.

Bermuda’s dressage team of Abby Bardgett, Kayla Bardgett, Tyler James and Stempel finished ahead of competing regional countries Barbados and the Dominion Republic.

In the Team classification, Bermuda came seventeenth out of 31 teams from around the world.

Kayla Bardgett, 16, riding Causing Chaos claimed fourth place out of the field of 107 competitors in the Youth Class.

In the Senior II Class, Stempel riding Rossano Royal 2 secured eleventh out of a field of 107 riders.
