Somersfield’s Hallowe’en pumpkin picking

Youngsters from Somersfield Academy got into the spirit of Hallowe’en with a trip to the pumpkin patch at J&J Produce in Warwick. Pupils aged between 3 and 5 learnt about different varieties of pumpkins before they carried their harvest back to school.
The field trip also included a maths element as the children explored the different prices for pumpkins.
