A 28-year-old man is in custody in the United Kingdom in connection with the murder of Malcolm Augustus on Christmas Day last year.The St George’s parish resident was arrested “as a result of an extradition request”, a Police spokesman said.“The man will appear before the courts in due course in the United Kingdom with a view to extradition to Bermuda to face charges. The man will be the second man arrested in this case.”Wolde Gardner was arrested and charged with the murder last year.Mr Augustus was fatally shot just after midnight on Christmas Day on the border of St George’s Golf Course.The incident was the fifth and final shooting murder of 2012.
