The Devonshire Parish Council awarded six students with scholarships totaling $15,000 yesterday.The recipients were described by the parish council as “well rounded individuals who have a passion for the fields they have chosen to pursue.“All recipients are active in their communities and have achieved success outside of the classroom.One graduate student and three undergraduate students studying overseas received scholarships, and two Bermuda College students received bursaries.
