A Pembroke man was treated in hospital following an early morning car crash in Devonshire.The 20-year-old and a 21-year-old from Sandys were taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital following the 2.45am accident yesterday.The jeep they were driving was “extensively damaged” as a result of the crash; a bus shelter on Middle Road between Orange Valley Road and Tee Street was also damaged, a Police spokesman said.“The Pembroke man remains at the hospital in stable condition. The Sandys parish man was subsequently discharged. There were no other injuries reported,” he added.Anyone with information about the accident is asked to telephone 295-0011.
