Real estate brokers who trade without a valid licence are breaking the law, the Government warned yesterday.
The Superintendent of Real Estate said failure to renew licences for the 2017-18 period while continuing to trade is an offence under the Real Estate Brokers’ Licensing Act.
Offenders could face a fine of $10,000 and two years in jail.
