A Warwick man has appeared at Magistrates’ Court, accused of breaking into a home armed with an imitation gun.Josef Smith, 23, of Cedar Hill, was not required to enter a plea, as his case must be heard before the Supreme Court.He is charged with inflicting actual bodily harm, having entered as a trespasser a home on Long Ridge Pass, Devonshire, on December 3.Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo refused bail and remanded Mr Smith into custody. He will return to court for mention on January 26.
