Traffic is being diverted on South Road near the junction with Seabright Avenue in Paget after a cement truck overturned.

A police spokesman said the driver was extracted from the vehicle and taken to hospital for treatment of “suspected non-life threatening injuries”.

He added: “A crane will be needed to remove the overturned cement truck. Update to follow when more details are available.”
