Police officers descended on a Warwick warehouse on Sunday night, with one officer climbing on to the building’s roof.
However, the reason for the police action remains unclear, with the Bermuda Police Service not commenting at the time of going to press last night.
According to witnesses in the area, several police vehicles attended a warehouse on South Road in Warwick shortly after 11pm.
Photographs from the incident show one officer climbing up a stack of wooden pallets to reach the roof of the building, owned by the Arnold’s Market.
The witness said she believed officers were responding to a report of a man on the roof of the building, but it is unclear if any suspects were found.
