Dear Sir,

One Communications and ZBM/ZFB should be ashamed of themselves. Whoever is responsible for audio should resign; no excuses.

I understand that ZBM/ZFB has spent millions on new equipment, new studios, etc. I put my volume up to the max at 7pm night-times and still can’t hear the news.

No excuses. Get your act together.
