A 25-year-old Smith’s man was charged with damaging a wall and two vehicles owned by Dunkley’s Dairy.

But defence lawyer Marc Daniels raised questions about Khayriek Woolridge’s fitness to plead.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo ordered court reports and adjourned the case to October 10.

The offence allegedly happened in Devonshire on July 18.

The wall and vehicles were said in court to be owned by Stephen Dunkley.

Mr Woolridge was released on $2,000 bail.
