A group of people hurled bottles and other objects at passing vehicles in the West End this evening.

Police cars were among those targeted in the incident near the Rubis gas station in Boaz Island, Sandys, at about 9.45pm.

Bermuda Police Service spokesman Dwayne Caines said nobody was hurt and that the offenders escaped as officers arrived at the scene.
