Package of popcorn kernels

Raisins and nuts

Dry cereal that has 7g of sugar per serving or 9g with fibre, such as: Multigrain Cheerios, Plain Cheerios and Honeynut Cheerios

Macaroni

Vegetable suggestions: lettuce, tomato, broccoli

Light Mayonnaise

Monday

Four turkey cheese rolls (roll sliced turkey around a thin stick of cheese fasten with a toothpick)

? cup of no or low salt sesame sticks

1 apple (cut if that's how your child prefers it)

1 100 percent juice box

1 bottle of unsweetened water

Tuesday

Turkey sandwich on whole grain bread (with any vegetable your child will eat)

1 orange

Unsalted homemade popcorn

1 100 percent juice box

1 bottle of unsweetened water

Wednesday

Macaroni and cheese (enough to fill one cup)

½ cup of raisin and nut mixture (you can also add grains)

¼ cup of dry cereal (Cheerios)

1 apple

1 100 percent juice box

1 bottle of unsweetened water

Thursday

Turkey and cheese sandwich on whole grain bread (with any vegetable your child will eat)

1 orange

Unsalted homemade popcorn

1 100 percent juice box

1 bottle of unsweetened water

Friday

¼ cup peanut butter (to use as a dip of sorts with the apple)

Apples cut length-wise

½ cup sesame sticks

1 orange

¼ cup of dry cereal (Cheerios)
