Monday
Four turkey cheese rolls (roll sliced turkey around a thin stick of cheese fasten with a toothpick)

1 apple (cut if that's how your child prefers it)

1 bottle of unsweetened water
Tuesday
Turkey sandwich on whole grain bread (with any vegetable your child will eat)
