KeyTech Ltd. jumped 12.74 percent (79 cents) to $6.99 on The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) yesterday.The telecommunications provider traded 700 shares during the day.The Ascendant Group Ltd. also climbed 3.44 percent (50 cents) to $15 with 300 shares changing hands.Butterfield Bank, meanwhile, transacted 1,500 shares, but its share price held firm at $1.34.The Index, as a whole, rose 14.27 points (1.24 percent) to 1,161.85 as 2,500 shares worth BD$11,343 and 4,570 worth US$48,899 were traded.The BSX Insurance Index slipped eight points (0.81) - the same amount as the previous day - to 985.
