KeyTech Ltd was the biggest gainer in Bermuda Stock Exchange trading today.

The telecommunications group rose 19 cents or four percent, on the trading of 200 shares, to close on $4.95.

Fellow utility Ascendant Group Ltd, owner of electricity provider Belco, also advanced, climbing ten cents, or 1.3 percent, as 1,320 shares traded.

Butterfield Bank fell one cent, or 0.5 percent, on the trading of 4,390 shares, to close on $1.99.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index fell 1.51 points, or 0.11 percent, to close on 1,423.69. Volume was 6,510 shares and turnover was $31,128.10.

The BSX Insurance Index fell 8.17 points, or 0.57 percent, to close on 1,427.67.
