BF&M rises as Ascendant declines

The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange closed up 1.20 to 1,403.37.
Bank of NT Butterfield Ltd saw 74,929 stocks trade to finish at an unchanged 1.99, and Somers limited saw 600 shares move, closing at 14.25, also unchanged.
Some 100 BF&M shares changed hands at 17.75, up 0.49 at the close of the day. Ascendant saw 3,900 shares move at 6.75, down 0.25.
A total of 79, 529 shares moved at a value of $185,758.71.
