BSX holds steady

Three domestic companies traded on the Bermuda Stock Exchange yesterday, but The Royal Gazette / BSX Index remained unchanged.
The most heavily traded stock was LOM (Holdings) Ltd. A total of 18,950 shares in the broker-dealer changed hands as the share price remained unchanged on $2.25.
Ascendant Group Ltd closed unchanged on $6.50 as 4,100 shares traded, while Butterfield Bank remained on $1.99 as 500 shares were exchanged.
The index closed where it started at 1,393.76, as 23,550 shares traded and turnover totalled $70,282.50.
The BSX Insurance Index fell 8.24 points, or 0.56 percent, to close on 1,474.33.
