BF&M Ltd pushed The Royal Gazette/BSX Index higher today.

The insurer gained 25 cents, or 1.4 per cent, to close the day on $18, as 200 shares traded.

Butterfield Bank also saw trading activity, with 5,208 shares changing hands as the bank remained on $1.99.

The index gained 1.72 points, or 0.13 percent, to close on 1,367.57.

Volume was 5,428 shares and turnover was $14,093.92.
