KeyTech shares slide 11%
A total of 30,720 shares worth $137,514 today changed hands on The Royal Gazette/BSX.
Communications firm KeyTech saw 400 shares trade, leaving it down 40 cents (11.1 per cent) at $3.20 — a new 52-week low.
Bermuda Aviation Services finished the day up 25 cents (11.1 per cent) at $2.50 after 10,000 shares sold.
And 7,300 shares in the Ascendant Group, which includes power firm Belco among its assets, also sold, leaving its price down 25 cents (4.8 per cent) at $5 — its lowest price during the past year.
The highest volume of trades by generated by paint firm Devonshire Industries, which saw 11,530 shares exchanged, leaving its price per share unchanged at $4.50.
Insurance firm BF&M saw 1,000 shares change hands, leaving the firm ten cents down (0.6 per cent) on the day at $18 a share.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed at 1,355.31, down 6.72 points (0.49 per cent).
The BSX Insurance Index closed out on 1,488.63, down 2.14 points (0.14 per cent).
