Shares of telecommunications group KeyTech Ltd rose 6.7 per cent in Bermuda Stock Exchange trading today.

KeyTech, which owns Logic Communications among other companies, gained 25 cents to close on $4 as 24,000 of its shares changed hands.

Butterfield Bank was the only other issuer to trade and it remained on $1.99 as 11,382 shares were exchanged.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index gained 3.09 points, or 0.23 per cent, to close the day on 1,368.46.

Trading volume totalled 35,382 shares and turnover was $117.030.18.

The BSX Insurance Index had a good day, gaining 21.82 points, or 1.43 per cent, to close on 1,544.41.
