Watlington Waterworks Ltd shares jumped by $1.75 on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.

The 9.9 per cent rise came after 3,000 shares sold and left the firm’s price at $19.50.

And 1,000 shares in insurer BF&M also traded, leaving the firm’s price unchanged at $17.75.

The 4,000 shares traded on the Index had a total value of $76,250.

The Royal Gazette/BSX closed at 1,370.81, up 1.55 points (0.11 per cent).

The BSX Insurance Index ended the day on 1,584.22, up 2.91 points (0.18 per cent).
