Argus jumps nearly 10%

Insurance firm Argus jumped 32 cents, or 9.7 per cent, in Bermuda Stock Exchange trading today.
The company rose after 21,000 shares changed hands, leaving its price at $3.63.
A total of 7,482 shares in the Bank of Butterfield traded, with its price unchanged at $1.62.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed up 6.40 points, or 0.55 per cent, at 1,178.60.
Ascendant Group, parent company of electricity provider Belco, was also unchanged at $5.50 after 772 shares traded.
The BSX Insurance Index ended the day up 2.57 points, or 0.15 per cent, at 1,684.35.
