The Bermuda Stock Exchange today announced it will open for an extra hour each day.

The new 4.30pm finishing time will take effect from next Wednesday.

The BSX Price discovery pre-market session will take place as usual from 8.30am with continuous trading from 9am to 4.30pm.

Greg Wojciechowski, president & CEO of the BSX, said “I am delighted to announce the extension of the BSX’s continuous trading hours to 4.30pm daily effective Wednesday, 28 September.

“The extra hour of trading gives local investors additional time to access the market for the trading of domestic securities here at home in Bermuda.”
