The Bank of Butterfield dropped 10 cents to $25 on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.

The fall, equal to 0.4 per cent, came after 2,161 shares traded.

The bank’s price on the New York Stock Exchange fell one cent, or 0.04 per cent, to $25.46.

Insurance firm BF&M remained at $19.99 after 20,900 shares sold.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed down 4.50 points, or 0.27 per cent, at 1634.53.

The BSX Insurance Index ended the day down 9.41 points or 0.56 per cent at 1679.33.
